Hot and Cold versions (as opposed to just cold) are available. While most people require cold water, the hot tap is ideal for making tea and coffee.

Plumbed-In water coolers (sometimes known as mains-fed water coolers) are becoming increasingly popular as organisations and individuals seek to cut their CO2 emissions, as taking water directly from your mains supply obviously reduces the need for supply trucks. Another advantage is that you don’t need to think about managing stock because your water is supplied on demand. With bottled water coolers you need to maintain a stock of bottles (even though Eden minimise such issues for you with frequent and on-demand deliveries).

Plumbed-in water coolers tend to have a higher initial cost due to more complex engineering, including pumps and water filters. If you use a high volume of water this cost will generally be offset by lower ongoing costs. If you expect to use only a limited amount of water each month we recommend you consider a bottled water cooler.

Your cooler will be connected directly to your mains supply, which is usually a very straight forward process. Extensive piping work is not required as the coolers come with 15 metres of fine plastic tubing which can be hidden as easily as an electric cable (many of our clients use their IT cabling ducts to hide the cables away neatly).
