The Melitta Bar-Cube will be your office friend. Its high capacity bean hoppers will deliver around 80 – 150 drinks per day and we’ve found few machines that can rival the Melitta Bar-Cube for its all-round reliability, functionality and consistency of drink production.
Office coffee machines need to be simple to use, easy to clean and of course deliver a high quality, café style coffee. It should be able to provide the maximum amount of drinks with the minimum amount of management.
To produce an authentic café speciality (such as a cappuccino) you really need a coffee machine that has a boiler with 15 bar pressure capability. This allows the coffee to be extracted correctly and the end result should be a perfect espresso. Note: a correctly brewed espresso shot has a luxurious caramel looking crema.
You then need a coffee machine with the capability to create micro-foamed milk. This can be delivered with instant milk coffee machines, but the purest in me prefers full fat, fresh milk. The Melitta Bar-Cube only uses fresh milk and you don’t need an engineering degree to operate it.
