Do you work in the happiest city in the UK?

Last year Conference Genie conducted a survey about happiness in the workplace. The results are quite revealing; for instance people who work in Plymouth are among the happiest, with Leeds workers not too far behind them. The average happiness of the UK worker is only around 6/10 so, as an employer, what can you do to perk up your workplace and make your employees that bit happier in the office?
