Eden UK customers should have recently received notification that we will be moving to a new invoice layout. Some of our customers have requested a copy of these details, so we are delighted to provide the Eden Springs Invoice Explained. The main focus has been redesigning the invoice so that it is easier to understand. Your invoice now includes a new-look summary sheet that provides all the charges you have been invoiced for, and the layout has also changed to provide a clear breakdown of the charges associated with each delivery location. On the last page of the invoice you will find helpful information and contact details, although please always remember to quote your Eden account number when contacting us.
