With every order of cooler and/or water, you can also order an "easy storage solution" from Eden. That way, your water bottles won't take up too much space in the storage room and will be neatly tucked away every time. Ask about it at your contact person or via you online order!

Make sure your bottles are stored away to save space and keep it tidy, that way, your water bottles won't take up too much space in the storage room. When ordering online, you can add an Easy Storage Rack to your order or ask your sales representative.

Sanitisations

The industry association (WHA) recommends sanitising your water cooler at least 4 times a year.

If you have opted for our Rental Package the sanitisation will be carried out by us every quarter within your rental fee.

If you have purchased your water cooler, we can provide sanitisations on request at a fixed charge of £35.00 + VAT.

Safe Delivery in 2-5 working days

Once we confirm your order you will receive a confirmation email and we will contact you to coordinate the delivery. 

We aim to deliver your water in 2-5 working days. In some geographic areas this delivery time may be up to 5 working days. But we will ensure you are notified in advance.

We can reassure you that we are taking all the necessary preventive measures, including following strict hygiene procedures, to avoid any risks of contamination.

Payment methods

You can pay by:

  • Credit/Debit card
  • PayPal for cooler purchases only

NOTE: For rental offers you will be charged after the first delivery has been completed.

How do I order extra water?

Once your cooler is delivered, we will schedule regular visits every four weeks to replenish your water and collect any empty bottles.

You will also receive an e-mail to create your MyEden account which will allow you to:

  • Ask for extra water
  • Ask for additional products
  • Download invoices
  • Monitor your consumption
