SGS ISO 9001 2023 UK

Water quality certified

The quality of our water is of prime importance. The source must comply with detailed regulations requiring regular monitoring for a wide range of chemicals and microbes. Further tests and checks are then carried out at each stage of the water’s journey from deep borehole to bottle, and no water is released for drinking until a final analysis of each batch has given it the ‘all clear’.

We maintain ISO 9001:2015 quality assurance certification, which acknowledges the quality of our processes.  We are also active members of various trade bodies, and constantly strive to set and achieve the highest standards for our industry.

WATER-DISPENSER & HYDRATION ASSOCIATION (WHA)

As founding and active members of our industry trade body, the Water Dispenser & Hydration Association (TWHA), we helped set up and maintain the strict code of practice to which all members must adhere.  As a condition of membership, our bottling plants and distribution centres must achieve high standards in annual inspections by independent, NSF- accredited auditors. The WHA also provide training and guidance to ensure that we- and all members- offer the highest standards of quality, safety and hygiene to the consumer, together with an unimpeachable product and service.
